I'm looking primarily for Accounting/Finance work in the Greater Los Angeles or greater Southwestern States region (will relocate for the right opportunity).

I will also consider a career change, as it seems that this is the trend for finding work lately. I am open to just about anything, but tend to shy away from commission-only work. I am scientifically-minded, but have also been praised for my photography and prose.

A long shot for sure, but here's an "abstract" of my resume . . .

Graduated Cal Poly with a BS in Business Administration, Public Accounting 1992.

Spent the last 10 years or so doing Fund Accounting for City of Azusa, City of El Monte and City of Rialto, including several temporary assignments and consulting projects.

Have worked in a CPA firm for 3 years doing audits. Have done work in Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Purchasing, Financial Statement and Workpapers Preparation and much, much more.

Have worked for private industry, including traded companies the rest of the time.

Served in the Army 4 years as a Supply Specialist.

Much more about me than I want to list here.

I can LEARN and DO just about ANYTHING, and do it well . . . just need a break for a real opportunity.

    Thanks for your consideration.

    Happy Trails!

Another attorney here, and I specialize in lemon law. I also take personal injury cases by referral only (no cheesy advertising).

I'd be happy to talk with anyone who needs to know if they have a lemon on their hands and the best way to pursue it.

Contrary to what I frequently see on this site and others, a motorcycleis covered under the California lemon law, as are all consumer goods (ie. appliances, boats, etc.).

Feel free to give me a call. Here's my website:

    Thanks,

    Hello fellow riders,

I'm a master's level board certified behavior analyst (BCBA) who has been in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA) for more than 10 years. I am available for private behavioral consultation to help you learn the principles and strategies that will empower you to more effectively manage your child's challenging behaviors and help you put systems in place that can prevent those behaviors from happening in the first place. I am willing to travel outside of the Bay Area.

Also, if you have funding through regional center, school district, or insurance and are looking for a non-public agency provider, I can connect you with one of if not the most reputable ABA service provider agency in the area.

Send me a private message to set up a meeting or a phone call. Cheers.

I have a company providing expert factory-trained window and door service in the greater San Francisco Bay area.

We do Marvin and Integrity warranty service, and out-of-warranty service for all makes including Andersen, Milgard, TruStile, IMP, TM Cobb and Jeld-Wen.

Have a door that's bugging you? Binding, doesn't seal, hinges sagging, hardware shot? We are the door mechanics that can change that constant irritation into something pleasing, closing with that satisfyingly smooth "thunk" that a good door should have.

I do troubleshooting, network set up, overclocking, virus removal/prevention, websites (still learning) and custom built PC's ranging from $400 to $10,000. Advice is free if you ever have a question about a system or hardware let me know. I've probably used it before or something similar and would be happy to assist.

    My two most common questions:

AMD or Intel for a processor:
I am not a "fanboi" for AMD or Intel, I build what my customers want at a price they can afford and both companies make fantastic products.

Nvidia or Radeon(AMD) for a Video Card:
Nvidia's tend to run hot, cost a bit more and consume a good bit of power, but their drivers are excellent. Radeon(AMD)'s run fairly cool and are reasonably priced, but they lack driver support for a lot of things.
