I tried this in my 07 (copy paste the fuel maps) with Remus Roxx with baffle in and DnA air filter, it's too rich everywhere, from memory I reduced all by 20% but wasn't perfect, personally I think the 2 into one works quite well with a standard map.

I also tried a map which was between stock and the Akro map, that's not a bad starting point.

I have an '07 with 2 into 1 and SW7/ITG open intake. I started with the CPR , 2% leaner, 2 into 1 with Rottweiler intake. Too rich. I have been leaning just the F map values from 4000 RPM down, Total cumulative leaning from start is 10-12%. Still a little rich and needs minor adjustment 4-5000 RPM.

I am pretty happy with it now although I will be leaning a little in the 4-5k range in the future. Map available if you want it.

It seems that this summers tuning season is over. Modifications done so far:
-2008 Akra map is a good starting point.
-Upper end of the F maps need more fuel
-Less fuel for small loads and more fuel to high loads around 4000 rpm on the L maps.
-Smooth out the advace spike on the I map.
-02 sensors work very well when cruising.

    For next season:
-Ignition map still need some work especially around the 4000 rpm.
-L map needs some work on the same area.
-2nd and L-F modifications not tested with this map.

Map file KM601AK0702S01Map_20141115.hex can be found here if you want to compare.

Will someone post the location of the available map downloads? I have an 07 Adv with a single outlet pipe that has terriible on/off throttle that makes it next to impossible to ride offroad. It has had a buch of mechanical mods but not ECU mods.

    thanks

I use SMT maps, much bigger variety to choose from.

    http://www.ktmsmt.com/index.php

Cant use them directly as the checksum is different, you have to transpose all the tables to your own base map

It sounds like you haven't spent much reading this thread; you probably want to before you get too deep. Anyway, there are many posts that describe where to purchase as well as building your own. And there's always google, too.

    Surfdog,

If you decide to try and go on the cheap and find one online, just be careful to order the correct cables. I when that route and messed up the first time.

Thanks for the advice... Ordered one from Powercell Performance.
Now to spend an inordinate amount of time to decipher the TuneECU 101.

Anyone have a map for an 07 with single muffler and Rottweiler type air filter mod. I just bought this bike so I'm still trying to figure what mods it has. It appears to have the stock map in the ecu.

I have the same configuration and year, I like the KTM map for aftermarket exhaust, lots of power, decent fuel mileage. Change the FL switch points to smooth out the throttle on off and your good to go.

Where are your fl points? Would you send your map so I could compare?

Looks like I am running the following values: 20,20,20,25,0,0,0,0.
I looked at several maps I have used and all had been modified to these values. The rest of the map is stock, O2 on, EPC ans SAI off. send me your email via pm and I will send you my map if you want.

I am running the stock 2011 KTM 990R map with my SW air filter, sas, cannisterectomy and decat. I have turned off the sas. The power increase is nice, the low throttle response is better than before but still abrupt when closing the throttle. My fuel economy is 37-38mpg mixed riding. Here are my f-l switch points:[IMG]
Firstly, you are saying your numbers are what you stated from left to right? And second, do you know if changing the F-L numbers has to be done in conjunction with other map changes?
