Yep, that's what I'm running on mine. The Touratech rack add's acts like an 1/8" washer directly under the Nomadic rack.

Fair observation.... But I just realized the pic I grabbed off my smugmug is during the build. I actually ended up using the KTM style m6 reduced head bolts with the Torx inset(I found a neat source for them, and they don't add a tool requirement). They are actually a sharper head, and yet the bags 3000 miles or more later are barely scuffed.
