Went down in the rocks yesterday at 20 mph. OUCH! <iframe width="853" height="480" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/2F48lJeMZlM" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> Wiggling fingers and toes, checking for serious injuries. Luckily, this was the worst of it.
My boots and knee/shin guards were essential to walking away from this crash. I'm sore today, but that's way better than a broken anything!
You ride like us! LOVE your buddy making sure he's got the shot...before he's even stopped... S Gald you're OK.
took a dirt bike noob out for a slow introductory ride. he shows up in work boots and no knee guards and i said are you sure you want to ride like that, leg injuries are pretty common... he dropped it thirty seconds into the ride and the footpeg scraped right down his shin bone. only missing skin thankfully, but i always tell noobs to buy their gear now before any first ride.
Nice crash Vid, NS! That gave me nightmares of my crash. I even rode it right into the ground as you did. So glad you are OK!!! There have been enough of us breaking bones lately.
Doh! Ah man, that's gonna hurt tomorrow! Call in sick for work and let's do a recovery ride in the morning. Sorry to see this but the video was bitchen! Love the sound track editing. LOL
I like how it says "film and direction" by nightstalker. Now please share with the class your directorial style and influences...
My friends think I'm stoopid wearing a jacket in 110 degree weather. I don't mind spilling the bike, but I do mind popping rocks out my skin (we call them "sand pimples") and washing sand out my cuts. Good way to avoid tetanus!
Takes a brave man to post a video of himself crashing. I think most of try to pick the bike up as fast as possible (if not hurt) and pretend it didn't happen.....................then catch up with their buds. You didn't look like you were a crash victim when I saw you this morning @ C4. Thanks for all video work and posts, I've really enjoyed all of them.
I hope ur o.k. Terry I was laughing a little of ur montage u make it look like a horror movie or something. I am glad ur up & moving and ready to ride another day.
