I think that a good peach cobbler would make a good dessert sled this time of year. However, you can't beat a strawberry pie.

In all seriousness, I'd define a desert sled as a 50s, 60s or early 70s twin road bike stripped down and adapted for dirt duty. A bike for the dirt, before purpose-built dirt bikes were widely available to all.

Does it have to be a 4t? I know it was traditionally. I've been hankerin for a deSert sled, and I have a T500 motor kicking around. It only recently occurred to me that bringing the two together could have a good outcome. Maybe like a big, heavy Yankee.
