Email sent. I'll take it off there hands if it looks legit. Last time I drove up to Wenatchee for a bike all the VIN numbers were filed off.....as if I wouldn't look for them:eek1

I'd like to hear how this turns out. If I wasn't in Alaska right now, I'd have driven over there and looked at it myself. Hopefully it really is "in Very Good condition". Good luck!

Found out that a friend of a friend of a friend is selling his '75 Honda CB360. Has it listed on Craigslist for $1500, but said he'd take $1200. I think it'd be negotiable.

Can reach him, Brendan, at 206-948-3160 or via the craigslist ad.

    CL ad reads:

Don't really ride as much as I thought I would and need dirt bike parts. I got the bike from te second owner and it hadn't run since the early 80's. Engine was stuck and transmission didn't shift gears. Engine was freed, and removed, trans shift fork was stuck, so that was fixed and lower case put back together. Pulled all clutch plates out, cleaned and soaked in fresh oil. Has all original parts, including fender, bars and lights. Only modifications from stock are tires, bars, removed blinkers, trimmed rear fender and replaced factory regulator/rectified.

Bike has been riden 80mi after refresh. Carbs recently cleaned/adjusted and starts very easily. Smokes out of left side pipe, could be a valve adjustment or may need rings (from being stuck).

This is a great project for someone looking to restore and old classic. It needs some attention and some of the old parts replaced before it would be able to be ridden regularly.

    New:
Avon roadrider tires, one size bigger than stock
    Clubman bars, grips
    Battery
    Regulator/rectified combo
    Starter cylinoid
Oem wiring harness from Honda (purchased in the late 80's
    Front brake rotor
    Chain (parts unlimited oring 530)

Pulled out of storage and its only running on one side, needs the carbs cleaned and it will run great.

    Asking 1500obo

I have one on my work table right now.
This is the second one I have converted,,there are 3 basic aluminum frames,,the 250, then a 125 and a 250, then,,just as they phased out the 500, the 3rd version frame, which I have not done yet,,supposed to be the easiest one to convert.
Version 2, the one I'm doing now,, is the hardest or most demanding.
Needs motor mounts made, radiator mounts moved, frame elongated, on and on,,,it is kind of a pain in the ass,,but should work well when done.
My customer tells me,,"wait til we do the version 3 frame and you'll see the difference",, hell, I don't know what I'm doing now!,:eek1,another one?:clap
    Okay!:1drink

HEH, it doesn't take a man to ride a bike that is described as "Breaks".
