    Hey,

I like the KTM Rally Replica look, so I am playing a bit during the winter time. I want to produce a Windschield (from carbonfiber in the end) that will have "Rally like" look:

a/ that will fit with TT xenon lights - infact replacment shield for the TT one
b/ with "my" lights solution (Traitech lights will be used - still waiting for the box)

    How it evolves

I started with some modeling fist... it is approx. 2cm lower than the original but more steep so the protection will be better and the behing the shield for e.g. navigation stuff will be created...

    Than rough shape...

...was 3D scanned and optimized into supposed final look :-) Over the lights will be placed plexiglass as on RR.

next is the mould billeting on CNC...

What do you think? I will keep you updated...

    Looks great, nice work.
How are you going to mount it? The stock headlight "unit" carries the OEM screen, if you change it out are you making a tower or installing the trailtechs in the stock headlight?

Wow, that looks great so far. The thing I learn most from these "Carbon fiber" threads is that it is NOT easy to do. Good luck with the finishing.
