    Excellent plan, I like the Clif Bar gel blocks too, similar sensation as eating wine gums but with added electrolyte hit

    For info - the ASO organisation also issue you with a lunch pack each day, which is worth collecting each morning as it has some good snacks and stuff in there - and at least now Klim make a jacket that has a stowage pocket on the rear to stash it in!
