The route with the water crossing was 100% optional. I have rode a Honda Shadow Ace to the tag site before. The other roads are doable ( with caution) on any street bike.

Where to now luni? Make it interesting! :deal

Well my schedule limit moving TAG more than a few miles so file photo it is.

Located on a 3 digit north-south US hwy who's sum equals 5. This retired bridge crosses a county line and if you go from the north side you end up in a state park that shares the same name as the river the bridge crosses.

If I did any searching I might be able to find it. Might even be able to ride this evening depending on the honeydo stuff.

It took me a few more seconds because the contrast in the photo is not good. Now that I know it says Gilchrist Bridge that makes it easy.

It's only 5 1/2 hours on a 90 degree day. One way. Tempting. :norton

Finding it using Google was easy. Hour and 10 minutes each way. Not to bad but I just gotta see if I can get away. I got a new tag planned that's pretty cool.

    Naw..
About the time you got to Greensboro you would be wondering what you are doing. It is in Sandflea area you know. You might find the terrain too foreign to enjoy.
