You're gonna drop that bomb on us and not tell us anything about the fairing or nav tower?!

Its a photo thread, not a build one! Will have to start a build thread soon... In a nutshell an aluminium block bolted to the headstem of the frame (drilled holes in in, couldn't think of a no drill way at the time), hdpe side plates with a wr450f headlight mounted to that with screens for bikes screen. I have plans for a full fairing, when I have the time.

I also have plans for a frame mounted rally style fairing. That's why I was interested. I've thought of a few other mounting points that wouldn't involve drilling holes in the frame but they'd be challenging. I look forward to reading about it.

    This thread needs more action.

Nothing too exciting on my end, but my new-to-me WR250X. Farkling will commence soon.

An expensive 250cc bike is not something many people buy.

It's not too expensive on the used market... But whatever, we'll just leave this hidden gem to those that are in the know. :D

Well, it's cheaper then new, yes, but so are the other bikes that people would
rather buy then the WR250, so, again, they end up buying the other ones.

The WR is a rather focused machine and while I'd love to have it (or if
they ever make a 450 version that's not the F), I would never own it as
    my only bike.
