    Howdy YOUNZ,

No problem, I am known as a straight shooter and plain talker.

Yes, that is what we have done too. Using a receiver type hookup works very well. I did see one mounted in the rear once and there was a pully to reverse the direction if needed. Didn't really make sense to me as the angle of pull would have had to have been just right. Darn posers....lol.

A little off topic but "Maasdam Pow'R Pull A-20 3/4 Ton Capacity Rope Puller with 20' of 1/2" dia. Rope" is on sale at Amazon so I ordered one to try out. I have several cable comealongs but always wanted to try the rope type.

Not to continue the derailment, but 20' of rope seems a little short.

I just looked through your build, GREAT WORK! :clap:clap

You're gonna get into so much shit now! Have a ball! Great idea putting a winch on a Ural, it's a wonder they don't offer one.

I really need to start welding again, I always enjoyed just making whatever. Some of you guys on here are inspirational, whether you know it or not.

    Howdy slowpoke69,

I am now in the process of "interviewing" folks to do a complete rewire job on the Predator, when I get the wiring done I plan to take the rig out and take some videos of using the winch, when I get them made I'll post them up.
