We are originally from the Eastleigh/Southampton area but dreamt of a better way of life in The Alps. 2 1/2 years ago we were in a position to "Up Sicks" and moved out to Ramsau Am Dachstein in Steiermark, Austria. We are now in the heart of the mountains at 1200m and enjoying every second of it.

I just arrived in the UK last Sunday. I am kind of moved in and nowhere near settled in Burgess Hill in West Sussex. I still have quite a bit to finish up on the move from the states, but getting a bike is near the top of the list (perhaps after a washing machine).

Hello to fellow riders, I stumbled across this site when I was thinking about carrying a cycle on the back of my K75RT. Well, it is a RT no more, and it will morph into a General Purpose in a month or so. Thanks to you all for some very inspirational postings.
