I saw it, jumped up and screamed at my GF "OOO- look an airhead!", she just looked at me like she regretted ever meeting me :lol3 .

I responded excitedly when my wife and I were watching TV and the ad came on. She responded with the standard "that's nice Honey". I'm a dork, she loves me anyway. BTW, it looks to be a /5, judging by the front brake.

Here's another airhead used in a promotional vein. This one is a /6 in the window of clothing store just off the capitol square in downtown Madison WI.

    I'll say. :rofl

I hadn't even noticed. It's not a bad bike, has a ratty but interesting single seat.

somehow "airhead" and "oldnavy" together in a sentence doesn't sound too unusual:rofl

Probably removed the roundel for legal reasons.

Might just be me, but there is no way I could bring my airhead to a stop like that and have it on the side stand and leaned over in one motion... That spring loaded stand would have twanged up and it would be on the left cylinder.

I don't think she's strong enough to pick one up, maybe start her out with a few peanut M&M's to build up her strength.

My daughter brought home an Austalian film called "Deckchair Danny", and a /5 figures rather prominently in the story. It's a nice little feel-good film, and the producers left the original Airhead sound in rather than try to cover it up with some canned Japanese 4-cyliner noise. Good fun!:clap

I'll second that. Danny Deckchair is a wonderful movie. It turned me on to Blundstone boots too.

Pin striping doesnt look right from here and those yellow plug wires just arent period proper, another /5 it appears. Probably leaking oil on their floor.

There was a weird comedy about superheros with peculiar powers starring Ben Stiller that featured an old /2 pretty centrally in the plot. It was Ben's mode of transport.
