Some great private singletrack, only two public events a year, so the trails stay in great shape. To make it even more attractive, the money raised goes to the King George Optimists Club.

This is NOT a place for the giant ADV bikes, (but I did see an S10 run the short loop this spring, but he didn't look to be having a lot of fun.) This IS a place to bring your quiet enduros, and thumpers in general.

If you haven't ridden Eagle Bay before, there is a short 2 mile loop that is geared towards beginner/intermediate riders, and a long 10 mile loop that is a little more challenging with some really tight sections, and a few good steep sections. Virtually no rocks. In addition to the short and long loop there is also a peewee track that the little ones can enjoy. Bring the whole family.

Now I can't offer any trials sections, but I will say that at least a few of the club members have said that they'll be bringing their trials bike, myself included.

Great event, my daughters and I go every year...
Here's a video of my youngest riding the Peewee track. Great family event.

If I remember correctly, she looked like she was having a blast on the short loop too.

With the cancellation of the VCHSS race this weekend, you can bet I'll be there. These are some very good trails and even better single track! :evil
I'll be on the 731 Husaberg.

We'll look forward to seeing you VCHSS guys out there. Please just remember: no timing, no scoring, and no trophies, just a fun, family-friendly ride on some great singletrack.

Come down and camp Saturday night. I got a few beers with your name on them. (Well not yet, but I have a sharpie and can spell your name...)

Thanks, but you better write "No Show" on them. Working until Midnight tonight. I should retire. :)

Plan on coming out solo in the AM. I'm in a green Jeep Cherokee with a utility trailer towing a KTM 525.

Please say hi, like to ride with other folks!

Girls and I will be there... Cheyenne will have the same pink mohawk but will have her new ride. Swapped out her KLX110 for a XR80r. Today was the first time she's ridden it. Her first clutch bike, should be interesting to see how she does on the trails tomorrow.

Man, I love that place! We did 3 of the longs laps and had a blast each time. Ups, downs and arounds. Great trails! EOD, good seeing you and it's awesome that she's riding a clutch. How'd she do?

She had a ball. Both girls rode almost non stop on both the kids track and the two mile loop. They stalled out a few times but for the most part didn't have any issues...

Good seeing you again if only for a couple minutes, wasn't sure if you were bringing the clan. Hopefully next spring we will get out to the Hatfield/McCoy trails for them to ride :D
