I have been using the regular Nikwax TX-Direct Spray-On my Gerbings gloves. I get them a little damp first by running water over them while I have them on and then remove them, lay them flat and spraying it on both the leather and fabric sections and letting it soak in. I put them back on after approx. 6-12 hours and rub them together to remove any residual Nikwax spray. They may be a little slippery when firts applied, but come around quickly when used. Seems to work well for my rainy day rides.

There is a specific glove formula (Glove Proof) that is supposed to be non-slippery, but I haven't been able to find any at the local stores.
