    A few months after buying back my original '88 DR750 back, my KX500 that I got new in 1984 popped up for sale! :D
    The deal has been done and in a couple of weeks it will be back in my shed once again. :clap

    Plenty of work to be done, but how lucky am I to be able to get back 2 bikes that I owned 25 years ago! :evil

    When I sold the KX in 1987, I kept the tank. Then, 13 years later, my shed burned down and took that tank with it. :cry

    That is one beastly looking bike. I love it!

    I had a KX80 from a similar year when I was a teenager, that I bought as a basket case and fixed up. Someday I like to get another vintage 2-stroke...
