1961 BMW R69S Paint Job

Just so we have no uproar the owner intends to put a trike kit on this

I think it's cool!

What i did in school today,,,,,or what else i do for a living. Vintage bike paint work.

The thread is on 'Airheads'

Now remember,,,this is an economy trike project,,,,

I used to do a lot of that stuff when i lived in California in the 80s. I do know how.
All i do anymore is vintage resto paint work. I actually could make more money doing custom paint for that crowd but they drive me nuts. Having to be a fashion adviser and help someone pick just right shade of fusia for the pinstriping on their flame job got real old,,,,,,,and it was always a rush, "the bike show is in 2 weeks",,,,
No,,,no ghost flames,,,

I do many of these BMW R90S jobs,,,rather custom,,,but factory custom. Did this for the BMW Owners club along with a new R1100S in 'silver smoke' years ago for the national rally in Spokane, they were the raffle bikes.

I do recall you from back in the days when I was a member of the MOA and went to lots of their rallies.

You're coming along nicely, just keep looking to Dave and FR700 for inspiration
