    Hi all!

Great photos - one question for all you "R" owners - I know the machine makes a lot more power than the "L" - two questions:

    - what is the highway fuel economy at a "true" 75mph?
    - what is the electrical output (or, is there an option for more amps?)

    Thank you!

AFTER: I tinkered with my XR a lot and did a lot of mods to it, but i noticed it was starting to look a lot like a 640 adventure...

After all the mods and orange paint I realy like my bike now... Its everything I was hoping it would be! :D :pot

Hey z! Nice job on your bike! Looks great! Sorry to disapoint you on my build up... :zilla

    Paul,

The pig pen has the electrical output of the US bike at 55 watts. The European model puts out 77 watts stock. In my experience gas mileage at 70mph is usually about 43-45 mpg. I am running the stock carb with a 165 main.

LOL! Yeah, it’s amazing what a little paint, bailing wire and duct tape will do.

    I see the family resemblance!
