In college a housemate was diagnosed with testicular cancer. This was a long time go, when treatment may not have been as advanced as it is today. Cost him one and a half testicles, IIRC. He was from an Italian family and wanted to have kids of his own. I was glad he was alive but sad for him that he'd never have his own kids. At that age, the whole thing was shocking.
My son went through it at the age of two. Still has one nut just like Lance. Doc says he should be able to have kids. Hope we don't find out for a few more years if that is true or not lol.
I liked watching him race ,He had panche something that is sorely lacking in most of racing today.There is nothing wrong with winning with time trials,but win mt stages too. I love watching people like Boonen,Cancellara,and others solo for the win.

And if Lance was doping, and his team was doping, and the UCI was covering, then it is reasonable to also believe that systemic doping programs--in US Postal and in teams led by former US Postal riders like Heras, Hamilton, and Landis--were known to exist and condoned by their biggest sponsors and by their governing bodies.
