    Rossi on the podium.

    Everyone knows the rest.

Unless it rains then....Rossi on the top of the podium, unless Hayden...well nevermind.

Keep in mind that Assen is a place where surprises happen -- Ben Spies in 2011 and Rossi last year.

So are we looking at AE or BS to pull a shocker?

How about 'Somebody get their Assen gear and start this thread!?'

Marquez is amazing yet I want to see someone else win now.

Anybody but Marquez would be a shock, but I'm thinking Rossi.

This track is known for producing new winners, so you want to bet on fresh blood.

But that kid has been slaying them, left and right.

    I won't bet against him, he's on a roll...

However, if anyone can ever pull off a banzai last chicane move and make it stick, it will be Marc.

Not in MotoGP, he and Nicky got tangled in that last chicane the year Nicky won the championship.
I was jumping up and down in front of the TV not knowing who to cheer on and who to yell at. :lol3

    I'm going with the Rossi
    Marc
    Pedrosa

Jlo will continue to flounder holding his head and muttering to himself...

How often has the closest-to-Marky repeated the feat at the next race?
    So, scratch Pedro for second.:1drink

Yes, he was closer to it than I was. But as Eddie Lawson said, "second is the first loser"

Nicky and Colin had a braking duel for the final chicane. Colin fell off the inside of his bike and Nicky had to stand it up and run through the grass.

Yeah, that's what I was thinking. He was about a corner away from taking his sole MotoGP win. Bet he'll never forget that.
