This stuff looks like a hoot. I always follow the Sandblast thread. I put myself down as a NASA tire kicker....:D

New RallyMoto rules, posted yesterday, clarify this. Mechanical and pneumatic rim lock systems are allowed.

Did you log in to the nasa site not the event site? Then go to the register tab and should be straight toward from there.

    Thank's.. I'm in.

I need to redeem myself after "Sandblast". What was I thinking?

520# moto plus 250# rider and gear in dry sand. What could go wrong?

The Michigan roads will better suit the beast.

We have been getting great repsonse on early sign up but have a couple of people who have paid with a spouse or friends name. Please email me directly if you do not see that you are marked paid and who would have paid for the entry fee. tmaskus@up.net ( Tim )

Thanks for your encouragement? I lived/rode the U.P. for 17 years. Have you ever ridden the prehistoric S.C. beach? Big diff. I'll be fine.

Kinda' like the beaches around Whitefish point. Not that I would ride them as it is illegal, but they look quite similar :D

only 14.5 hours :puke1 thats nothing just a short drive. We left sandblast at 10am and did not get home till just after 4am and I had to go to work at 8:30am too. That was a long hard day at work, the kids there were a pain in the ass too. Just get a co-driver to help out with some of the driving, or at least to keep you awake.
