Homina freaking hominahomina. That's tasty. I just looked up the S40 (because I wondered if that was a badging thing with the TU250), and dayum what a transformation.
One of the attractions to me at lest is that other than a slight swing arm modification, it's all bolt on after removing something like 60lbs of stock stuff. The kit is $2500 plus your favorite paint job and donor motocycle. jdg
Yeah, the payoff is grand. A neato single that can squirt around town and look retro, but if you need parts you don't have to know a secret handshake or give up weekends to swap meets.
I really GOTTA stop looking at that. I don't have the cash for the kit or the donor, or space to park it, but jeebs, that gives me sweaty gums.
It's an older Ninja 250 with the Blue Collar Bobber treatment, this time a Cafe kit instead. http://bluecollarbobbers.com/web/in...y_id=19&Itemid=24&TreeId=3&vmcchk=1&Itemid=24
I've got an 06 DRZ400 S, which I love, but I always find myself wishing I had something more street oriented. -5th gen VFR has been on my list forever -V-Strom -Ulysses -GS -etc "One day", I'll have enough money for both, but in the meantime, thinking of trying to trade.
Triumph Scrambler :) Not the most practical choice....but the heart wants what the heart wants Sent from my GT-P3113 using Tapatalk 2
That engine is a blast, especially around town. I have a Z1000, same engine. Sent from my SCH-I535 using Tapatalk 4 Beta
