I really dont care for how the whole steering assembly looks. Otherwise it looks like a nice piece of hardware.

It's a nice scooter but has one problem here, it costs almost as much as
the Piaggio BV350 (33,3hp) and same as Kymco Downtown 300 (29,5hp).

It costs MORE then Kymco People 300 (28hp).

..and it's the "old" 278cc 22,5hp engine, and other then looking different to
all of the above.. has no benefits over them.

It's still a repacked Piaggio X9 from 10 years ago.

The 500cc (Gilera Nexus) is another story, though.

This is not an opinion, the Nexus was made from the X9.

aprilia have entered a deal with piaggio/gilera (they are same company) and are just using their designs. that new model aprilia SR 50/125 is just a rebadged piaggio typhoon which has been out for a few years already.

True, but e're on the subject of SR Max here, which is a Gilera Nexus as stated
earlier. The SR 50/125 are more interesting for road riders then the Typhoon
because of the bigger (14") wheels, but the Typhoon 125 is a lot of fun
    in the dirt.

I'd take mine with these crazy graphics:

(And if anyone cares.. it's made in China)

May be the Nexus 500 was based on the X9 but not the Nexus 300.

...This is not an opinion. :lol3

Actually, it was the Nexus 250, many years ago.
Nexus 500 and X9 only share the same engine.

The 500 has a completely different frame/suspension compared to the
    250 and 300, and the X9.

The main difference between the 250 and 300 is the larger front wheel
    on the 300 (15" vs 14").

i know. then that guy said he didnt believe you. so i pointed out another instance in which aprilia have re-branded a gilera/piaggio product to prove your point. i was backing you up.
