Just skip to about 3:40...that is where one is reminded just how big these bikes are.

Sonoran, its at Walker Valley up here in Washington. That day I was having sprag issues, so I was rolling down that hill at about 35, clutched in third gear trying to bump start, it caught at about half throttle. Now earlier I tried hitting the case with a rock and didnt know I loosened the banjo fitting on the clutch slave, just enough. So panic grab the clutch, I got nothing. Had to lock up the back wheel and shut it down, good times.

I've been picking my 990 up by getting the front tire pointing up, get both hands on the bar end, lift with the legs and then walk into the bike. Having that leverage really helps. Sorry, I don't have any footage of me wrastling this beast up out of the sand.

Since I was riding solo, I don't have too many pictures, but I borrowed my friends KTM and rode solo through the Spanish Pyrenees. Nothing gnarly, but I mixed it up with a little dirt. Not so bad for a 5'4" woman who had never ridden anything larger than a GS 650 prior to this.

They only shot of have of me with the bike is when I stopped in Andorra and got a shop keeper to take my photo.

The video doesn't let you appreciate that the wheels were significantly higher than the seat. Normally I can pick up that beast pretty quickly.
