Eastside Meet-ups

I had a great time with you guys, but I like Engel's - a good turnout. The long ride is good for the bike, warms up the oil and boils off the water

I too enjoyed the Celtic Bayou and will join you guys again.

Gotta try some more of their food, and more BS of bkes and stories.

History of the Eastside MAG started on Saturday in Carnation then move to Tuesday in Woodinville @ Redhook, then to Belluvue ( maybe 1 or 2 MAG happened) and now on Thursday in Redmond. A lot of the Engel's guys use to showed up @ Redhook in Woodinville. Redhook is a pain to get to for the North guys (and everyone else), so some of the North guys decided to have a 2nd MAG on Thursday. For a lot of us we could not get a hall pass to get out 2 nights a week. So Eastside MAG died again. Some new ADVriders in the Eastside found the old post and start to ask if there was a MAG anymore. AKstrom started this new thread and the Eastside was born again ( We see the light- lol) Thursday's seem to be the best night for everyone. Last night we had a good turn out.

There will be a small group of us there at the pub to talk about the Doo Wop Moto Rally in March. Enjoy the beer and food.

Though I can understand some asking to MAG a different day. Allows a person to enjoy meeting both MAG groups.

I have a meeting tonight but hope to make it. Looking forward to meeting a few more ADVriders.

Hoping to make it by there and meet a few more locals. besides the food is Way better than my cook'n!

Here is the BC ride I mentioned last night at the Celtic pub. Those BC guys are a fun group to ride and hang with. All ages, all riding levels, and just plain fun. The C routes are made for big bikes and are mostly dirt roads which can be ridden with a R1200GS w/knobbies. Vancouver Island in a fun place to ride so if you haven't had a chance to explore up there here is a great ride.
