Its easy to get banned here for silly reasons - thats my opinion.

There is a natural tendency for human beings in power to want to tell others how to behave and thus exercise that power.

Let Fleg back in is my vote as he fits the above description.

Did either of you two read the thread? Do you have a F#@#ing clue what you are talking about? He and others got a week ban for crapping on someones ride report and you think his measley one week ban should be lifted? So, you advocate no rules in ride reports too?

I'm not saying he doesn't deserve to get banned...and in case ya'll think this might be Mike he's in AZ for the weekend.

I agree on both counts.
One thing I learned is ADV is not a democracy, more a dictartorship.
I understand that and have no choice but to be OK with that. This site actually belongs to someone and what he says goes (fair or not). The problem is these type sites have become a huge part of people's social lives and when taken away things can be "sticky." (Its called censorship and comes with all the trappings.) Gotta do what the man says or move on.

Hey look at the bright side... at least Fleg is only banned, imagine if ADV had fines or prison !

The way I see it, the original poster in the ride report was getting bullied by other members for no apparent reason. Nobody likes bullies.

I am sure adv fines and prison funds were included in the stimulus package. At least from what I was able to read (due to the new Gv't transparancy) that was inplace prior to passage....
