I like it too. Nice take on a bobber, very clean. I do not like the headlight (is that from a ER6N?) but that's quibbling.

    Forward controls?

They may not be rearsets, but those are not forward controls.

It's a nice idea, but there are couple issues that need to be addressed. First off, the orange wheels have to go. A nice upswept 2-1 exhaust would be a huge improvement in looks as well as sound. And while I applaud the use of the stock seat, it really just ain't working looks wise, and I'm sure it's not that great after a few hundred miles.

Start with a factory motorcycle, remove everything not necessary to the basic function of getting places on 2 wheels. In this case, add a bit of custom work. I like it. Minimalist motorcycle at its finest. Kinda like a HD version of a Tuono.

What angle would your lower leg be at to get your toe above the shifter?

No way in hell you're standing up on the pegs.

I normally like bobbers, but this one doesn't make much sense, IMHO.

Lowered suspension (for us short folk), and street tires......
    I'd do it!

But mine wouldn't have the orange wheels nor even that gaye-ass skull & cross bones decal.

    Exile bikes are da BOMB!

Russell does have an interesting approach to doing the Harley thing. However he gives assholes a bad name. Total waste of skin.

Odd bike? AVG at best. Not my style.

Did meet the guy at Bike Week 2 years ago - he was nice to me. Some times those English forkers come off like a DB. He did take the time to walk out and look at the bike I was working on (09 Dirty Fatboy). He's not a chrome guy but gave me some cool tips to clean it up. Did not buy his horn and coil relocation kit but had my guy make one up for a 1/4 of the price.

That's adjustable. But you knew that. :evil

I have a Harley with the pegs in the same exact position, and I have no problems standing up.

It's a very clean, well done, and thought out package.....

and the fact that it ruffles the feathers of, and jolts some of the boring straights out there, is reason enough for ME to like it....(!)
