anyone have any advice or feedback on BuyRight Cars, 573 Great South Road Papatoetoe?

Found a nice car on TM but after a mate had a very bad experience with buying sight unseen from Auckland (he here in Christchurch) am a bit wary!

How come car delaers on TM don't seem to have the percentage feedback that private sellers do??

    Cheers

    Hi Folks
I renamed the thread this, can become the place to ask all the non-motorcycle questions or for off-topic chat.

Had the same issues last July found a car in Auckland thru a car broker in Auckland on Trade me.
Things started well and then started to turn Pear shape ,
Lack of answers given and then nothing followed up on as promised
Once I asked are you the guys about to appear on Fair go ?? or have you seen the program Target ?
That got things moving real quick , and it was on it's way within a couple of days with evrything done as requested.
Feel bloody lucky I had a win.
Think next time I'll fly to Auckland from Dunedin. ($99.00 flights If Jet star is still around )
Mind you it depends on the model of car or value you wish to spend ,
At that time no one had one in the South Island that I was after so it was worth it.

Bugger me , we are given a chance to talk about anything we like & we still can't be arsed.

Took Winston to the practice day at Puke for NZCMRR, went pretty well. Phark some of those guys are fast. Bloody good fun, hope Sat & Sun go as well

Oh for a fully equiped workshop instead of a hammer and a blunt file....

I might have done better today if I'd just had a hammer - installed the fan and wired it all up - fused, all connections soldered and heat shrunk - only to have a Homer moment - I hooked the fan up to the lighting circuit - seeing as I don't have any lights - opps DC fan on AC lighting - the fan just sits there and quivers.....:huh

we have a family saying when someones whinging
we say its just a RWMP (rich white man problem)

I was going through your phot thread the other day and saw the photo you posted of your new home - pretty bloody flash

have you put a NEW chain on yet you slack SPFD?

we should all ride up for a house warming BBQ - via Akitio

I thought your workshop was ok - although I'd annex that room next door as part of it...
Have you lost motivation with the 400?

You are doing much better now.

Winston is pharked, I'm off to the man cage for an all nighter.

Wish me luck. I'd elucidate but I don't have time or a blunt file.

That room got 13 grand spent on it and is rented out :(

Not so much motivation as ability. From now on, things require fabrication skills.

Although I have been waiting on some engine mounts I won on TM for a year or two...

    Doh.

That sort of thing falls into "measure twice, cut once" for me. And yes, I've learned the hard way too. Hook all up for functionality before getting all permanent with it.
