At least it gave me a place to sit while I was directing traffic. They wanted the Countach up front but the guy that owns it decided it would be better off on the opposite side of the incoming traffic. Actually it is his wife's car but she lets him drive it.
Nope. We have four or five guys that show up semiregular for our biweekly get togethers with Cobras but they are all replicas. Very nice replicas but replicas none the less. A good replica is over $100,000.00 and genuine Cobras are over a million.
i saw one on Long Island at a gas station. the owners 6 yr old daughter stood in the passenger seat and then stood on the body, behind the seats. i looked at the owner and said, "Please tell me that is a replica!" he smiled and said it was indeed a replica. i still wouldn't let my kid stand on the body.:eek1 ked .
This is the closest one to original up here. He has done a replica as close to original as possible including an original 427. Also has Carol Shelby's autograph on the glove box door. Notice I kept the sidecar theme going here.
