Yep Mr Isles is damned fast. He has problems making cuts at speed though. He's got the straight line speed down but can't change direction very well from the matches I've seen.

    Wow. :clap

I hope that no one tries to spear him to slow him down.

You need to watch that video then. It's not all straight line with him...

    That was pretty impressive...

If he can combine that speed with a step like Christian Wade, he'll be a menace.

I like Wade but Isles would smoke him, no side step needed. Fellas like Wades only hope is to get him at an angle and if he steps inside and you dont have a man sliding in then forget about it. Dont know how Isles would fair at real Rugby though.

You do realize that Isles scored a try within his first minute of his first international match, right?

Needs to stay there unless he has or can develop a step like Eastmond or Wade.

I have watched the video and yes hightlight reels are impressive. Watch an entire match and it's flashes of speed rarely ending in a score. He has the potential to be a great 7s player no doubt.

USA 7s aren't lighting the rugby world on fire.

Really, now many times do even the best backs have fantastic runs in a game that end in a score ?
