PDX garage space?

Hey all,

Long story short, my baby is cold, and wet, and needs a place I can give her some TLC.
I just recently migrated to the wet west and was lucky enough to land relatively unscathed in SW Portland.
Having finally settled in and landing a solid job, priorities are returning to more important things, like my ailing 84' CB700 that is in need of some work and a roof over her head.

I've been trolling craigslist, and going over every storage company website I can find, trying to find something suitable that doesn't want a kidney each month with little to no luck.

So my question to you fine folk is, what do the rest of you apartment dwelling PDX motorcycle enthusiasts do?
Do garage shares exist out here?
Can I wrench in your dog house?
