    I havent been able to try, its still snowing, but last time it stood for 2 weeks the batery was as dead as doornail, i needed an auxiliry Battery and a charger to get over the resistance in the S10 battery to get it cranking over fast enough (oil being like stroop too)

    It means "previous speed limit of 500 km/h is no longer in effect".
    So you can finally shift up to 3rd gear and gun it. :lol3
