Not just yet, still some problems with clutch, wheels (spokes in rear wheel breaking, snapping), etc.
Mates own them over here (Beijing / Shanghai) and know of two that got bike replacements (within the first 1500k) as too much small annoying problems with the build quality. Engine seems to be a 99.9% copy of the Honda XR400......

I kinda like it. It'll be interesting if it comes here.

Engine looks like an air cooled Honda rip off, xr400? Suspension is probably total shit. Otherwise not bad.

Also, fuel injection? Fuck carbs on an adv bike IMO.

If it's the same bike they sell here in Turkey then it's a nice looking replica made with the cheapest possible parts and metal.

The bike has a cool look to it but it comes across as very cheapo (which is appropriate if it's cheap!). The render looks like they borrowed some other bike images - e.g. that exhaust looks like a 2-into-1 - dual exhaust valves?

Gotta wonder if it can beat a CRF250L or DRZ400 on price and/or build quality in the US.

The domestic version Shineray X5 costs RMB 27000 (approx. US$ 4400) in China and are available as FI / Carb models in China.

I have it now 9+k km without major fail. I am happy for carburetor version as I dont trust the EFI version yet.
Important: stay permanently on top of maintenance!!

Sorry; couldn't give it to me. I'd rather have a 1996 XR400. Perhaps the Chinese are getting better but they aren't there yet. My experiences with Chinese bikes (purchased by my brother and a friend) convinced me that they are poorly built crap.

Even if the bike in the picture was a Japanese bike; lets say a new Honda 400 dual sport, it still wouldn't offer up the package that people are looking for; not enough power, air cooled engine and too much weight. Really the only thing that design has over a 1996 XR400R is styling trying to make it look like an F800GS.

Meh. The specs are almost as good as my '96 DR350, the only thing it has over that (nearly 20 year old) bike is a fairing that is apparently made out of crap plastic and a rear rack. The DR makes the same power, weighs less, and has a 6-speed transmission. How much are these things supposed to cost? You can get any number of 15+ year old dual sports that are better on paper and likely have better build quality.

All those Chinese products are more or less throw away. You can probably get a decent 5 to 6 years out of it, but it's garbage after that. They use cheap metals and poor castings, threads come out, stuff falls off, can't get parts.

The Chinese may match build quality with most of the market eventually, but it's going to be a while yet.
