D'oh. That was too quick. Yep, you're right, cracking bike. I can see that's what we'll be fighting over in the horrible snotty winter conditions, especially now Dr JM is fully qualified to ride my 400EXC after her Patsy Quick course.
i always wanted one as it has a cracking engine and a nice short lightweight chassis. it will be interesting to see how it performs. keep us posted please
Last year in the Pyrenees we met up with a couple from the Watford area who were riding his and hers T-rides with bladders on the sides of the tanks for extra fuel capacity. Nice people with nice bikes
Hi all Yes it is absolutely gorgeous...hopefully it will remain that way after being repeatedly hurled to the ground! Still got the F800GS and the cute Beta Alp 200, although sadly the Beta is being prepped for sale as it forms part of the funding for the Scorpa. For the first time ever, I currently have more bikes in the garage than Berin!
Nice bike Jane, looking forward to having a spin on it..... There must be a rip in the fabric of space & time for such a cataclysmic event to have occurred. :eek1 It's only a matter of time before the natural order of bike ownership is restored at Chez Berin.
Excuse my ignorance but does the rear silencer form part of the frame/ subframe? It looks like it, especially on the pictures of the couple from Watfords bikes. Is this how they manage to cut the weight down? Is it a Wr250 donor engine?
