Here is a link to the full build-thread for that very same bike: http://advrider.com/forums/showthread.php?t=816122 Here's the bike, all done! and finally: I'm pretty darn happy with the way it turned out. A few things to say overall: 1 - The bike is amazing for long distance dual-sport riding. This weekend I rode 800 miles off road, with lot;s of higher speed big gravel runs, and the fairing was great at speed. We were regularly running 130kph in the cold, and the fairing provided nice laminar flow that hit me just about on the shield of my helmet. Great for clearing water off the shield! 2 - The kit is great to live with. It is off literally in about 1 minute, back on in about two minutes. It is a non-issue to take off. 3 - It seems bomber - I've dropped the bike a few times, and somehow the fairing doesn't even seem to make contact with the ground. 4 - It seems expensive, but compared to other overseas options, the all-in cost to get this stuff from RallyMoto seems reasonable, given the super quality of the lights, uprights, faring, the mounting and the wolfman bag options...at the end of the day, it is very good value for someone who cares about quality. 5 - Chris is a great guy, and worthy of our support. If you're even remotely thinking that you'd like your bike to be as cool as mine ( ) then you owe it to yourself to get in touch with RallyMoto at http://www.rallymotokit.com. Here's one last shot with the beast in it's element, all dirty and stuff (I've been accused keeping my bikes too clean - which this bike certainly is not most of the time!).
Bump for a good kit! I have been wanting a rally type bike and considering buying a 450-530 just to put this kit on it.... Looks fantastic.
Hmmmm any chance that might be a Yamaha WR450F version? Ready in time for me to use it in the Tuareg? probably not but a guy can dream
You have too much money dude. Your lucky your a fast rider otherwise id be giving your more shit. Hey what ever happened to the dude with the cray goatee who wrecked his bimmer on the rally?

Has anyone tried to fit this kit on an 3,4G acerbis tank? Will it work ? can you strap down the fairing on the smaller tank? hope so ,because if so i will by one.. Per S , Norway
Hello Per, I have not tried the smaller tank. I am curious if anyone has. I did answer your email. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Neither one of us own 530s anymore... we have the FI bikes now. Completely different shape of tanks and capacities. I will see what I can dig up and bolt on for a visual test.
Spent the day at the Rally Moto Kit shop helping Kevin Muggleton wire up his 2013 Dakar bike. http://redverzdakar.wordpress.com/ Start of the day. Kevin hitting the brake line re-route. End of the day. I think he was happy with progress.
