That is why you need a slingshot!..... maybe this is an overkill, but you never know, those things can get really nasty

Thanks for the selection of great bike videos, I've been lucky enough to twice see the Ken Fox troupe perform the Wall of Death in the UK, its a great show.

I used to love to go to Daytona and see the Wall of Death show, when I wasn't distracted by the other "attractions" (this was 2001, I think....):



p.s., that year, did a saddle sore 1000 on the way back. No trailer was involved. Just a Harley.

Thermometer on my dash said 17* when I got on the bike this morning.

Pit is just amazing to watch!

Pit and his wife Ester are just the greatest people, full of energy and always upbeat. It was a real treat for me to get to spend several saturdays at MotorcyclePedia with such enthusiastic folks.

And I am Certifiable!




In the whole world there are only (about) 14 operating wall-of-death shows and I had the oportunity to ride in one!

I am looking forward to december when Pit returns from Germany!

I'm actually worried about my battery? It's a big GSA battery but its been pretty cold.

Anyone think I have anything to worry about?

I have not ridden in four months..but I knew it was coming. I got both bikes on battery tenders and now the truck too. Everyone of them starts right up when needed. I highly rec' the battery tenders.

think your bike is fairly new so will likely crank and start. But not good for battery to consistently drain and sit. Best to put on a battery tender during those periods. My bikes go in the tenders and Stabil in the tank even though I try to ride as often as possible through winter

Do I need to be hooked up to a power source for that? I don't have electricity in my garage.
