doesn't work. I pick 15 smilies and save them, yet the same ones keep getting displayed.

How do I use smileys that aren't in the list? I've seen other people do it. Do they post them as an animated GIF? or is there an easier way to do it?

You can hotlink them from another site, just like any other picture.
