Yes, I guess you can, I have about three times.....but these Kaffe bikes, the fact that they exist but I don't have one is ruining my life.
Well... yeah. That's the whole point of a thread exclusively for bike whores. The only time you can't change your mind is if you buy one that you posted. Whoops.
I made the terrible mistake of having the lady sit on a GL1800. Now, there's no way anything less will do. Ugh. WTB behemoth.
Ossa explorer is on the list today... After this the last time I was out, a smaller D/S might be nice to have as an option.
Ha! I didn't turn around though, kept on through it and ended up with a boot that needed poured out after. Not saying I didn't have fun on the Duc, but a bike that was easier to hoon around on would have opened up a few of the side "roads" around that area that I did skip. Thinking about it, that was probably the first time I'd had the Multi on anything but pavement aside from a driveway...must do that more often
I had the opposite problem until recently my primary ride was a dual sport and all I wanted was roads like you show, but here in CA I spent way too much time on the road for it to be my every day ride. So I picked up an unusual sport touring bike that I have always wanted. I never got in the dirt with my DUC 2002 900SS gravel parking lot once that was off road enough.
Last week it was an '05 FXDLI, but I was too cheap to pull the trigger. This week I'm thinking used Ninja 650R. Unlimited money and the option to buy both would be ideal.
What exhaust is that? I'm working on Z1-B now... Doesn't appear anything is stock, so I guess it won't help me any. That is pretty sweet though!
I was thinking that was one of those sanctuary bikes from Japan and they were using Nitro (another Japanese brand) for the exhaust; can't find any links to confirm that though...
This is on the list today, something for bombing in/around town on when I feel like slowing down a bit...
can you give me some info on that yoshi pipe? will it fit a 91? performance improvement? straight bolt on or custom fab?
The small size is part of the draw for me actually (and the classic styling). I started on an '88 Honda Hawk GT, so the virtues of being able to wring the most out of a small bike has been burned into my mind from the start.
It's very weird, but I lust after this bike right now like few before: And I am 23 and currently own a BMW R-1200S. I don't...understand...
Don't worry. I've had the same problem since I was about 26. I'll scratch the itch, someday, but mine will be black. From the 'front page pics'
Since these were released I always wanted one of these. The one I just picked up a few weeks ago! Very happy with my find its well along its way of being torn donwn...
