Took me an hour to get it out of there with the tide hot on my heels...

Its a bad idea not to check your counter sprocket bolt:



Its also a bad idea to ride fully loaded in the snow at 12,000 feet with bald tires:



And finally, its a really, REALLY bad idea to short around a bad fuse in the middle of the desert, thereby blowing your CDI and getting stranded overnight:

Shortcut was a tad slippery. Note front of pants from going ass over teakettle while trying to pick his bike up.

Good idea to keep your boots out of the really really slippy mud, while the back wheel is spinning up.



Turns into a bad idea when that spinning back wheel reaches the hard grippy stuff, grips and high sides you

mosty dry lakebed - one soft muddy hole - thought it would be cool to blow through it and show the kids what for...

I guess I can't
