I know I'm late to the party, but shit yeah, you are 100% correct.

Gilb, your bike looks awesome, too. If they brought that bike stateside, I'd dump my XR650L in a heartbeat. Shit...I hope she didn't hear that...:uhoh

Fairings and side covers seem to be difficult to find for the older models. If you do find something please post you results, it might help if you tell people what country your in too.:thumb

I finally got around to finishing the pannier racks since my last post in this thread. I added a Hepco Becker top case mount and the crashbars as well.

Ready for an Easter getaway. :wings

For all you 3aj owners. Know that the exhaust can hit the rear caliper bracket. We lost 3 on our trip.

i'd love to get my hands on a set of white plastics, i got the black ones, but had a fall at 40 km p/h on a gravel road, and well, my nice shiny bike ain't shiny no more on the r/h side :cry, and the plastics are a bit hurt, and scratched up, and cracked, so in the future, next tax time, i might invest in a new white set of plastics :D
i will also be investing in some crash bars, and at that price that is pretty reasonable, rather than forkin up for a set of new plastics all the time.
