At least they are all ATGATT "all the gold all the time" :eek1 that has to be the largest gathering of 2smokers in the nation. I'm pretty sure they were just on their way to the start of a Hare and Hounds race.

They aren't. I googled them and apparently they are a big problem, tearing up the turf in public parks and whatnot. I'm thinking, they are basically riding on the street all the time(when not driving in the city parks or on the sidewalk), why not just get your bikes plated or get a dual sport?

So, now that we know all the stolen dirtbikes in the region are ending up in Baltimore and Philly, what happens next?

Before the cops weren't allowed to chase them for fear of causing accidents. In the new AMA magazine, the city and others like NY are going to start cracking down on dirt bikes. NY, Baltimore, and Philly were havens for stolen dirt bikes.

i grew up in philly . this is just another reason why philly is the armpit of society. cant catch the aholes with out hurting inocent people . cops cant chase and then when there impounded the homies go to the auction and buy them back..

Why put a plate on if you're going to ride like a pinhead? That would be just asking to get arrested at home later.

Most of the machines are probably stolen too, so how/why would they register/title/insure?
