Which motoz?

For anybody still on the fence about hard vs soft luggage, you should maybe decide soon!!, Major surplus has the Swiss Army M90 packs again for $18.95 each. The two I used last year worked great. I even saw a pair show up at the BBA this year.

The reason I like these is the roll top water proof bit and that they are the right height and width. Most packs are too tall and not water proof enough. Plus if you manage to level them on some rocks you are only out $38.

+1. I also got those bags and adapted them to SW Motech luggage racks. Some sewing required, but not too much.

I use these: http://www.brapoffroad.com/motoz/tra...or-enduro-s/t/. I was a little concerned about going with the soft, but the tire holds up well and grips everything. Not DOT, but who cares.

If you're interested give Marty at Brap off road a call. He'll talk to you about the pros and cons of each compound.

Desert HT is now DOT (maybe other model, I don't know)
I use them (rear) and like them
-Cheap ($70 last year at JP PowerSport)
-Tough :Moab + Orange Crush + some back and forth on asphalt = 50 or 40 % left. I really wonder if I'm going to buy a new one or still use it to ride RR13

They stripped the music due to copyright rules, blah, blah...so crank up your own tunes. A bit lame but shows some of the trails

Just add a line at the begining something like "credit music: bla bla bla" and is works in most case (depend on the choice the author made... eg U2 will never work!)
