I don't think she leaned hard enough into the corner for the speed she was going, the bike righted itself (then the left foot came off the peg) and she ended up going straight into the guard rail.
Happened to me the first time doing Track Day (luckily I ended up on a grassy hill and not a guard rail...ouch!!).

Spoons make you fat, and guns kill people. The bike does whatever you tell it to, even if you didn't mean it. ![]() Looks like target fixation to me.

QuoteYeah I know, she didn't tell the bike to lean more. Who fixates on rocks instead of the road?

I think she saw the truck and it scared her, then she fixated on the gaurdrail, not the rocks.
JMHO ![]() I just watched it again, it looks like she tried to steer by leaning, that doesn't work (ask the countersteering thread) Mostly it just seemed like an inexperienced rider panicked. Sucks, i hope she didn't get hurt badly.

Ya, this.
I was impressed with the rapidness with which she went over the top.

Thanks for that. Couldn't remember which track, but I believe that spot gets a lot of folks airborne. Here's a better clip:
