    nice panniers set up, did not seem to interfere with the legs in tight passages

    Thanks. Good tips, we were looking at the engine install last night wondering what the best procedure was.

    If you subscribe at xrv.org, they have a link to the parts lists for @'s. Find the pages that have to do with the engine fitment to the frame, and you'll get a very useful idea of what goes where in the process of fitting the engine back into the frame. Same applies to all the other bits too, for that matter.:deal

    Also, you can still buy a copy of the workshop manual at David Silvers in the UK. It's a photocopy, so not too expensive. Mailing from there takes about 10 days. It has drawings showing routing of the wires and hoses, the wiring diagram and a lot of other useful info. You'll be glad to have it.

    Get yourself a small trolly jack like in the pic. The tape on the frame will save you from scratching the paint.
