I have Miami beating Louisville as the Championship game. Did have St. Louis in-- but I chickened out.

St Louis is one reason I wasn't over the top about UNM this year. (though in mind and spirit I had UNM into the Sweet 16)

UNM played St Louis in December and truly had their asses handed to them. 13, yes THIRTEEN, fucking first half points. Total. Yesterday wasn't the first time this year (include the SDSt loss) that no one could shoot for UNM.

I still have all of my elite eight teams, but I need to be lucky because my sweet16 has already lost 5.

Ole Miss seems to be on a roll. Very strong in the second half. Too bad I didn't pick them to win.

don't feel bad, they handed it to Butler and VCU twice

SLU is the real deal. It'll be a great game when they meet Louisville!!

They won the A-10. The A-10 is 6-0 so far. LaSalle had a play in game to give them the extra win. A-10 had 5 invites.

Funny, I heard an interview earlier this week with one of the A10 coaches (forget which school) He-- "we don't get enough respect, we're the real deal..."

Yep, he looks to be right.

Now my Mtn West on the other hand? :bluduh

Could be worse. "My" SEC is as bad at basketball as it is good at football.

No doubt about it... after Georgetown's upset on the heels of UNM, this thread should be moved to Face Plant....

As Todd Greely (Horace's little known .com little brother- hard to be in the .com biz before Al invented the internet) said.

"Go Mid-West to Suburbia Middle Aged Person and have a well manicured lawn."

In spite of being in the tech industry Todd was no where near as pithy as his brother.
