Your gonna love it, there are a few sections with super fun bermed corners that give a good flow. It is a "bit" more technical than originally thought.....Google Earth didn't quite show the ruts, sand, fallen tree's, water, mud, etc

After riding the sand in Utah, I find the sand here very easy to ride. How about you Eric?
