    EDIT 6/24/14:

It's like the previous edit, but without the Plan B (RIP Plan B :cry). You wanna meet somewhere, name the place, and people will show up.

    Or not. :lol3

    EDIT:

This thread has transformed into a general Portland area blatherfest. If you are new to the area, ADV, or motos - and want to meet other idjits with similar interests, skip to the last few pages of the thread. We are basically a bunch of drunken lemurs (at least that is how many act ) with a love of having a good time - preferably on or with bikes.

Ride's, questions, pub meets, and general stupid babble are welcome. In this thread or in the PNWet forum........ introduce yourself, crack a beer (or ginger ale), and welcome to the asylum.

    Direwolf,

Thanks for posting up. We will for sure have to make a reservation by next weds. If anyone is interested, I can give a personal brewery tour after a few cold pints.

See the www.widmer.com website for the Gasthaus Pub details and directions.

There are two parking lots and plenty of street parking in the neigborhood. The MAX Yellow Line also stops at Widmer Brewing.

Hell no - Homey (tm) don't do lemon in beer. The darker the better in my book. :pimp

Glad their seems to be some interest, although I need *no* encouragement to visit one of Pourtland's fine brewing establishments.:D

If you are ever out and ordering our famous Widmer Hefeweizen and do not want a lemon slice in your beer....

Ask for your Hefeweizen "NFL" (No F...ing Lemon) and the bartenders will know what you mean!

I might give it a try, but I'm not that hard core of a rider..................................OC to NE Portland during rush hour traffic? :eek1
It'll depend on how I feel at the end of the day, have a safe ride home or go be a road warrior.

I ain't your Huckleberry, so you better mount up and be there.
I found a new twisty way to get there and avoid lots of the slab... Lovin my Zumo and software.
    Hope I don't forget...

Maybe we can start talkin about a campin trip.

Maybe PeterMAN can ditch his A-hole boss and show up to help lift a pint. I got a sore elbow and the Dr. told me not to lift anything heavy :evil .

Maybe we can go but wild and ride to Seattle to meet those boys after this?

I really need to get out of the house.

That is exactly why I have one of these in my Ulysses:

    http://www.twistedthrottle.com/trade/productview/2137/?gclid=CLGH8vvjl4sCFRG3hgodYzTeRA

With plans for one on the LC4. Of all the safety crap I try to do - snapping a zombie back into reality is a biggie. Damn thing gives me a start and I am pressing the button. It gets their attention.

Something about that tram though - it's newness attracts a lot of stares.

I will be making a table reservation before I leave work today. I'll see if I can grab a spot for 10 people. I see 9 people so far are planning on coming down?

Anybody not chimed in yet? Please, get your post up today. The pub really get's busy after 6pm anymore.

I'll be there tomorrow a bit before 6pm, and may not even head home after my shift..I'll be at the bar if that is the case.

Ask for the table reservation under my name -- Eric Wager, the QA dude. I have a feeling we will be in the back room behind the bar.

Bring an appetite. The food here is excellent. We'll order several pitchers of beer for sure.
