Casey ain't hanging off, his bike is just standing up a little more than him. If that Honda had any cajones at all it would get down there on the tarmac with him and scrape a handlebar.

Can we start a group who hates hanging over, or maybe just hanging in general?

If Stoner was on a BMW there would be all kinds of haters, and another bunch who would want to know what kind of oil he had , and if it was factory approved, and then another bunch would question if his ATTGAT was good enough for that kind of risky behaviour............

    way cool photo btw

That's great. He's hanging off and dragging a knee and elbow

    ON A TRACK

I doubt highly he'd do that on the street.

"Haters got to hate". Great quote.

I also went over to the Killboy Dragon Fest site, Whew! Them boys is powerful worked up! Not to go all cerebral n' stuff but it looks a lot more like one upsmanship, egos getting stepped on and symbolic interaction. Everyone of us wants to be right all the time, true; none of us are.

All us motrocyclists need to do is watch a little MotoGP to realize that we are all hopelessly mired in amatureish attempts to ride fast and well; those guys exist in a separate realm. We are all going very slow in comparison. Mistakes, hanging off, lap times, perfect lines, smoothness, transitions . . . we are all play acting in comparison to what the 18 or so GP gladiators that exist on earth can do with a motorcycle. Very humbling. I rooted against Stoner all season in a good natured way but admire his skill, consistency and skill tremendously. Pure poetry in motion that guy.

While the keyboard jockeys were tellin everybody how to ride, I rode up to the Gap today.

About 10 bikes total on the road.

I think I was the only squid there, so I was safe.

Wish I lived closer. I'd be there too. It's a great road with no traffic or LEOs.

I dunno, I've been hung all my life and can't complain :D.

How about Reuben Xaus test riding the super motard? Look, Ma, one hand doing a knee-dragging powerslide! Talk about bike control:

And don't forget Marco (from Catalunya), may he rest in peace:

It isn't just the bike :bow.

I've spent some time looking at the Killboy thread and there are some pretty great photos on it, but the pontificating gets a bit tiresome.

The past 2 months have been perfect.

You know I live close to Alcoa Good Times, so it's 42 miles from my house to the store.

    Awesome pics!

Riders with amazing skills going Warp 10 and having absolutely nothing to do with the average (or above average) squid wannabe on The Gap (or insert favorite twisty road here).

Kind of like comparing photos of hot bikini models to the photos you took of your REDACTED IN ORDER TO COMPLY WITH ADVRIDER STANDARDS AND PRACTICES! .

    This is a facetious post.
