    Chris,
    Got the bashplate on Friday.

    It looks great.
So how are you progressing with the crash bars?
    Any news?
    Anxiously awaiting.

    John

I saw the same thing this morning! Some site called 'Dress Code'

I hope it is just a web hosting glitch.

I have not heard or seen anything from Wonky in a while I hope they are still doing ok over there.

Not to mention I would love to have a crash bar that I could actually fit on my bike without having to buy another bash plate :clap

+1 on the bars, I have the basher and the prototype bars look really good.
I know they've been doing some changes on the site, so hopefully it's temporary.
Maybe now that we've bumped up the thread he'll see and reply.
    Right Chris?..... Chris?

How about a little progress report or something, Chris.
Just a little something to keep us from... I don't know... storming your shop and demanding engine bars!!!

    Hello people,
Its been a long while (sorry:blast) but we're at the final hurdle and will start a production run next week. We've been testing raw bars for a while(by a Purple Helmet no less!), but have a couple of sets to production tolerances and they fit bang-on. They've also been powdercoated and have the finalised fasteners, therefore I now know what they cost us and can tell you that they'll cost you £179.95 inc. VAT!:thumb
The only thing that will change from the photos you see below is that the crossbar brackets and mounting plates are to be cut down in size to follow the shape of the tubing. I'll post a full specification soon, all materials, fastenings and finish are TOP quality. The silver sumpguard in the pictures is a pre-production one, the production ones dont have the little strip between the two bolts on the front.
We can now export outside the EU without charging the VAT, so for you American folks i have a complete price including shipping at todays exchange rate. A black powdercoated sumpguard and a set of crashbars will be $550 delivered! A set of crashbars on there own will be $330 delivered(give or take a few of dollars). :beerjug:
Anyway have a peek at the pictures below. I'll get the bars on the website for order early next week. Delivery will be within four weeks, unless theres a really large number of orders in which case i'll make sure everyone knows when theres will come.
    There are incredibly strong.:eek1

Wonky - what price can you do for black powdercoated sumpguard and a set of crashbars delivered here to Australia??

My bike won't be delivered until after Christmas, but I want to have the goodies ready to go for when I take delivery. I can make this a firm order in an instant!

Just done a little calculation. Shipping will be £59.99 for both items, which is a bit dearer than to the states unfortunately. Total comes to $845.32 AUD delivered at todays exchange rate.

Im going to take all orders through the webshop once ive posted the bars up and have all the shipping calculations sorted.

    Hope this helps.

Chris, it certainly does help. Roughly AUD50 more than the USA price - I can definitely live with that. I'll be doing it.

I'll keep watch on the website, and on here...

    Cheers.

    Hi guys,

Im desperately trying to get the bars ready for shipment asap. If you're interested in buying a set please register on our website here

I promise the quickest way to get a set is to do this as i will email everyone immediately as i put them online. Just trying to get the incredibly complicated shipping rates programmed in and sort out variations in international taxes within our webshop. Please bear with us on this, im working 17+ hours a day to get these out so that the pricing is accurate, purchase easy and shipping rates as accurate, quick and cheap as we can possibly get for you.
