Thanks

Difficult room to photograph in.. all the bikes are jammed together and the lighting wasn't done with photography in mind. I gave up on trying to take motorcycle photos and decided to try and take detail pics instead.
I have more blurry photos than I've taken in a while

...now if they'd make these tires in KTM orange.. they'd sell bunches :

I wonder if Alfonso Morini could have imagined we'd be enjoying his work in Colorado 70+ years later when he started his company in 1937?:

Need to strap a tank bag on (or a chest pad so you can get streamlined laying down)? No problem... :

me too.

the lighting triggers regular flash, then you end up with dark backgrounds and flash reflections...so I put my camera on 'nighttime portrait', and it's flash delay means you have to hold the camera dead steady.
If you do you get a great shot....and I did for about half my shots.

Ed - I never even saw you there. Ran into Cheryl a few times, looked around... you must have been shooting drain plug theme shots when I was looking

Some brands you don't run into every day...

Alberto Garelli started his company in 1919 after working for Fiat. In 1919, Garelli constructed a 350 cc motorcycle which set a long distance record from Milan to Naples. It covered 520 mi at an average of 24 mph.

NSU was started in 1873 in Germany. They made cars, bicycles an motorcycles. They became part of Volkswagen in 1969.

Greeves started in the UK in 1952 and was a big name in Trials riding but the factory burned down in 1977 and put an end to production.
